Cricket
Men play cricket on one of the few open spaces in Jumeirah with the Dubai skyline in the backdrop. Sports facilities while in abundance in Dubai are inaccessible to the working class and there are very few open, public spaces for sports which leads to improvised and DIY cricket pitches for a game when the opportunity arises.

Balle Balle Dubai dance

Metro Garden
The Metro Garden as it is commonly referred to that surrounds the Union Metro station in Deira. One of the few green spaces in Deira, the Metro Garden is a wonderful melange of people from different communities that come to rest, play, worship, meet friends and meet lovers.
