As a registered Australian NFP, the Friends provide opportunities for young Australians to advance their careers in STEM, Music & Arts, Architecture & Design and to develop German language skills through scholarships, programs, events, activities, temporary work placements in Germany or other suitable initiatives.
The Fellowship is made available jointly by the Australian German Association and the Goethe-Institut, offering young Australians a 12-week stay in Germany.
This funding is intended for coproductions by artists in the fields of theatre, dance, music and performance art, in which hybrid and interdisciplinary formats and the use of digital media may be key components.
The German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) is the largest funding organisation in the world for the international exchange of students and researchers. The DAAD Information Centre Sydney is there for you to answer your questions about study, research and internship opportunities in Germany as well as exchange for students and researchers to Germany.
