I have written about the effect of gluten in children in their first five years and whether it is a factor that can lead to celiac disease. I decided to discuss this topic after hearing about the difficulty of diagnosing this disease and that its symptoms resemble other diseases for unclear reasons. While researching the topic, I came across a new study on the effect of gluten intake on the appearance of coeliac disease. I then used the study to address this important topic.
