Earuyan Solutions (www.earuyan.com) is a social justice and impact driven feminist social enterprise supporting organizations and individuals promote gender equality and transformative leadership through tailor-made workshops, convening seminars/forums, undertaking commissioned research, project/programme design, and content development.
 
Earuyan Solutions is launching its new flagship program - the Meri መሪ Mentorship and Leadership program for young Ethiopian women in collaboration with Dereja - an Info Mind Solutions company providing solutions on youth employment and employability in Ethiopia.
The vision of the Meri “መሪ” Mentorship and Leadership Program is to create a network of mentors and young Ethiopian women that are provided personal and career guidance towards living and sustaining impactful and purposeful lives.

The purpose of the Meri “መሪ” Program is to design and sustain a quarterly leadership development program in which up to 90 eligible mentees per year, are capacitated on transformative leadership skills then matched with mentors to further enhance their personal and professional development, network building and integration into the job market.
 
Key stakeholders such as mentors, mentees, partners and invited guests are expected to attend the event
