Goethe-Institut Hongkong is pleased to present, in collaboration with L+/Lucie Chang Fine Arts, the exhibition
Rediscovering the King of Kowloon in the Goethe-Gallery from May 17 to June 20, 2024.
Throughout his life,
Tsang Tsou Choi, also known as the King of Kowloon, never considered himself an artist. To him, graffiti in the streets of Hong Kong was merely a pure form of self-expression. The exhibition not only pays tribute to his unwavering spirit of selflessness but also aims to encourage the general public, who may not understand his works, to deeply reflect on what exactly our living world should strive for.
Join us at the
Panel Discussion Tsang Tsou Choi: His Writing and the Making of a Cultural Icon on May 17, 2024 (Fri) from 3:00pm to 4:00pm at the Goethe-Gallery, where our guest speakers
Tobias Berger,

moderated by Tina Pang. Admission is free.
