…to the Goethe-Institut Osaka Kyoto! We offer German courses and examinations at all levels. At the Villa Kamogawa in Kyoto, we offer residency programs to artists. In addition, we support and organize cultural events with our partners and provide information about the cultural, societal and political diversity of Germany. We have been operating in Osaka and Kyoto since 1963 and are a hub of encounters ideas, encounters, support, education and exchange.

Learn German in Osaka or Kyoto this summer and continue your studies in the fall with the online courses!

The Goethe-Institute is offering new in-person courses in August and September.

Starting in October, our German courses in Kansai will be offered online. All students who attend a classroom course in Osaka or Kyoto in the summer will receive a 20% discount when booking a subsequent online course.
