A violent incident involving a refugee in East Germany is re-enacted. 10 citizens observe and comment on the case, which highlights the blurred line between civil courage and vigilante justice.

The German short film 'Again /Noch Einmal' by Mario Pfeifer is part of the selection for the World Shorts I screening at the Doc Edge Festival 2019.

The collection of 3 international short films explores issues of truth, lies and perception. Besides 'Again/Noch Einmal' the US-American productions 'The Weight of Success' and 'Beneath the Ink' willl be shown.
