Roots/Routes


Last February 13, the Goethe-Institut Manila went to La Union for a performance piece work-in-progress showing and artist talk entitled Roots/Routes featuring Ea Torrado and Joy Alpuerto-Ritter. Roots / Routes is an exploration on decolonizing dance, vulnerability and mystique. This is supported by Goethe Institut Philippines, Daloy Dance Company, Serenity Deck and HIRAYA Collective.

Snare for Birds

Snare for Birds exhibition is extended until February 27!
This project is the collaborative research art project of Kiri Dalena, Lizza May David, and Jaclyn Reyes, curated by Marika Constantino and Iris Ferrer. It inquires into the tangents of the country’s colonial past, archiving and its impacts on being Filipina.

Part-time Library Assistant

The Goethe-Institut Manila is looking for a part-time Library Assistant to start working with us on April 2024. Library Assistants are responsible for assisting with the administration and organization of the library for a flexible working hours of 20 hours a week.
