The ideas around digital fairness and ethics are complex and need to be understood by engineers, businesses and policymakers of tomorrow who develop, deploy and drive these solutions.
Key Point:
These ideas need to be accessible and need to be communicated relateably.
Solution:
An online interactive tool to educate, equip and empower people from all backgrounds with critical thinking skills needed to understand challenges about ethical and inclusive AI solution design.
Mechanism:
You are a decision maker, and your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to discover and learn about the fairness and ethical challenges faced by decision makers in digital technology (CEO, minister etc.), and choose the best decision, or find a better one!
The project will be launched online at Fakugesi African Digital Innovation Festival, Johannesburg South Africa.
