Fallen Cycle

Fallen Cycle is a collaborative work between artists Sornrapat Patharakorn and Tian Skultan, comprising Fallen Cycle (Paper) and Fallen Cycle (Clay). Fallen Cycle (Paper) is a text-based work that explores the poetics of translation and transition. Fallen Cycle (Clay) consists of ceramic pieces resembling dried leaves scattered across the gallery floor. Referencing the cyclical nature of life, the work bridges the external environment of the natural world and the gallery space.

Sornrapat Patharakorn

Sornrapat Patharakorn is an artist whose practice consists primarily of light and spatial installations. With a background in architecture, his area of focus lies in experiential qualities of space and the narrative inquiries in parallel to those. He aims to investigate the relationship between objectivity and subjectivities which form our social truths through the ties of abstract, immaterial forms of spaces defined by his works and contexts in which they are situated.
