From July 6 to August 11, the section of Vabaduse Avenue will be free of cars for the fifth time and will be transformed into a pleasant oasis where you can relax, play, and enjoy various events. In the title year of the European Capital of Culture, the car-free Avenue will take on an international dimension – on stage will be both Estonian musicians and foreign artists. And of course, you can get fresh information about the entire Tartu 2024 programme from the Avenue!
The Tartu 2024 car-free avenue is a part of the European Capital of Culture Tartu 2024 main programme.
