Description

Clothes aren't just consumables and a statussymbol, but their purchase also affects the environment and the working conditions in the textile industrie worldwide. Fair and sustainable fashion are therefore the main themes of this issue of the Lingo Global magazine, to show German learners the consequences of their consumption habits. Facts, graphics and practical tips on the following questions can be found in the issue: What's the difference between fast and fair fashion? Which are the steps a t-shirt undergoes from cotton cultivation to the final purchase? How can manufacturers produce their clothes more sustainable and fair? How can I improve my consumption habits?
