Koffi SEBLE

Koffi SEBLE © Koffi SEBLE Koffi Djifa SEBLE is a Togolese artist, born in Lomé in 1993. With his father being a traditional chief, Koffi SEBLE is a prince and was immersed in the Vodou culture of his ancestors from a young age. He trained in video production in 2014 and became a photographer thereafter. In 2019 SEBLE became the official photographer of the Union des Princes et Princesses du Togo (UPPT). SEBLE’s artistic practice tends both to immortalize the beauty of initiatory rites, leading to the elevation of the soul and spirit, and to glorify Togolese culture in general. In all of his work SEBLE immortalizes moments of communion with the invisible and the sacred with depth. He has participated in several exhibitions in Togo and elsewhere and is also the commissioner of “Miabé Dékonou” which promotes African cultural identity through traditional photos.
