He who is also a former Chief of Legal Creative Commons Indonesia together with Bhredipta Socarana (Creatice Commons Indonesia) will explore common copyrights issues that GLAM institution faced.

What legal aspects must be considered before a collection can be open access? How do you determine the copyright status of a collection or choose the right license? Why should public domain collections be open access? All questions regarding copyrights that need to be known before employing open access policies will be answered in this online seminar series.
