Nadav Hochman
Nadav Hochman is the Associate Director of Gray Area Foundation for the Arts, San Francisco’s premier media arts center, focused on creative action for social transformation, integrating art, technology, science, and the humanities.
For over 15 years, Hochman has led creative initiatives worldwide in academia, industry, and the cultural sector. His work includes leading C/Change, an initiative by the Goethe Institut and the German Foreign
Ministry prototyping future pathways for tech-enabled cultural exchange; founding The Tech + Arts Initiative for interdisciplinary collaborations at The Tech Museum of Innovation, Silicon Valley’s leading science and technology center; and spearheading award-winning digital humanities research projects, merging computational, humanities, and social sciences to explore global cultural patterns. His work has been exhibited in MoMA (NYC), Google Zeitgeist, ZKM Center for Art and Media, and featured in hundreds of media outlets such as Popular Science, The Atlantic, Wired, and The Guardian.
