Joee & I is an electronic music act by musician and multimedia artist Joee Mejias and various collaborators. Her music combines field recordings, traditional and found instruments, electronics, and voice, forming songs that evoke inner memories, altered dream states, and fragments of real or imaginary journeys. Joee’s live performances are influenced by her theatre background, and vary in their use of projections, video, installations, and live performers. She has performed in venues around Southeast Asia, Canada, Japan, and Taiwan, and has toured the Philippines extensively.

Apart from her artistic work, Joee is co-producer of WSK: Festival Of The Recently Possible, an international festival of digital arts and electronic music in the Philippines, and co-founder of HERESY, a platform for women in sound and multimedia.
