Pinky Htut Aung
Pinky Htut Aung is a self-taught multi-instrumentalist and a new media artist, active since 2013.
Growing up in a family of musicians, music has been a central part of her life. Painting and crafting were strong hobbies; therapies to overcome social anxiety. In 2018 Aung held her first sound + multimedia exhibition “Cloud.” Ever since, she has been actively painting for social movements and participating in group exhibitions as an emerging artist. She also manages an experimental noise music community called Noise in Yangon, and is an active member o the band Bouhinga.
