Pupa (pronounced "Poo-PAH") is a 2-piece electronic band comprised of Wu Jun Han and Zeekos Perakos. Formed in 2013 by chance, Pupa was interwoven at a transitionary phase for both individuals. Jun was crossing over from his visual practice to the sonic world, and Zeekos, from his bedroom to the wide-open world. The duo has performed live improvisations for art events and a chain of sound drawing performances called 'Translations'. Pupa's output is free-flowing, exploratory and unpredictable.
