House of Little Scientists – Starfish

Have you seen a starfish? How many legs do they have? You'd think they have five, right? But that’s actually not the case. That part is still the body of a starfish. At the tip of their torso are hidden starfish eyes. Starfish legs leg are actually small lines on the underside of its body. It uses a special water pressure mechanism to help it move.
