April @ Hsu Myat Mon is the Test Centre Administrator at the Chindwin-PSB IELTS Test Centre. She
holds a BA in International Relations and a Master Qualified Course in International Relations from
Yadanarbon University in Mandalay. Additionally, she completed a Professional Diploma in Higher
Educational Leadership and Administration at Assumption University of Thailand in September 2023.
Her extensive professional development includes certificates in Teaching Development and Classroom
Management from the American Center in Yangon, as well as advanced training in 21st Century
Learning & Teaching with Young Children from Temasek Academy in Singapore. She further enhanced
her expertise with iPrimary and iLower Secondary Professional Development from Pearson, Edexcel.
April has also achieved multiple certifications, including Community Research and Writing, Project
Cycle Management, and Project Evaluation. She is a Certified Licensed Trainer by SIYB, ILO, and has
qualifications in Human Resource Management & Financial Management from Thabyay Education
Foundation. Notably, she was recognized as a Green Ambassador in Chiang Mai Province, Thailand.
Her diverse educational background and qualifications reflect her commitment to leadership and
development in the field of education and administration.

Ei Ei Mar, a dedicated 28-year-old professional, earned her Bachelor of Arts in English in 2016. Since graduating, she has been actively involved in social welfare activities, with a focus on supporting youths and adolescents. Since late 2018, Ei Ei Mar has served as an Assistant Coordinator for youth and adolescent programs, where she has orchestrated various events to empower and create opportunities for young people. Her work includes providing safe space programs and serving as an SRHR (Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights) trainer and organizer. Her commitment to fostering positive change in the lives of young individuals is a testament to her passion and expertise in the field.

Rose Wai Lwin Lwin Aung is a dedicated Project Manager at the Interfaith Youth Project within the
Myanmar YMCA. She holds a degree in English Literature from West Yangon University and a
specialization in Social Studies from the Myanmar Institute of Theology's Liberal Arts Program. With
seven years of experience working closely with youth volunteers and children in youth empowerment
activities, Rose is passionate about fostering growth and learning among the younger generation.
Since 2019, she has been an active volunteer with the Science Film Festival, contributing to the event
for four consecutive years. The festival has inspired her to explore and reflect on the role of science in
everyday life. Rose enjoys participating in the Science Film Festival not only because it deepens her
understanding of science but also because it provides her with the opportunity to share this
knowledge with children across the country. She believes the festival is a valuable initiative that
encourages children to learn science in practical, creative ways.

Sa Samuel is a dedicated community leader and educator with extensive experience in youth leadership, media, and communications within the Church of the Province of Myanmar (Anglican). He has held various leadership roles, including Vice-President of the Anglican Young People's Association at the national level and Head of the Provincial Communication Department. Samuel is also an accomplished English language teacher and freelance filmmaker. He holds a B.A. in English, a Bachelor of Arts in Religious Studies (BARS), and a Master of Divinity. His skills include video production, digital tools, and exceptional support in community service.

Saw Tun Lu, born in 1986, graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Botany from Dagon University. His background in Botany laid the groundwork for his extensive career in community service and environmental advocacy. For 17 years at the YMCA, he advanced various programs to enhance community well-being and environmental awareness. He gained further expertise through the International Green Ambassadors training by the Asia and Pacific Alliance of YMCAs and became a key member of their Green Team, promoting green initiatives regionally. As Team Leader of the Green Team at Myanmar YMCA, he led numerous environmental and outreach projects, boosting sustainability efforts in Myanmar. Currently, Saw Tun Lu is the Project Manager for Sustainable Development through Strengthening Youth Employment at Myanmar YMCA. He develops strategies to integrate environmental sustainability with economic growth, creating job opportunities for young people. Additionally, he is a dedicated trainer in Environmental Conservation, Civic Education, and Human Rights Awareness, conducting workshops to empower communities with essential skills for effective stewardship and civic engagement.
