Why do sliced apples change color? What is PH? And how do different items with different PH produce different colors? These are some of the questions asked and answered in this episode of the first locally produced series of the new Myanmar Education Channel. The protagonist, 11-year old Nan Khin Min Myae Noe, is curious about the world and together with her friend, Professor Dr. Aung Kyaw Swar, they conduct experiments to get to the bottom of the many questions Nan Khin Min Myae Noe has. In this episode, the effects of different PH levels are investigated. The Myanmar Education Channel launched in 2020 and its development was supported by the GIZ and the Goethe-Institut.
