The proposed AI Act is going to regulate the development, marketing and usage of AI in the European Union, and following a risk-based approach, the regulatory burden increases with the risk-class of a given AI System. In this workshop, we are going to apply a method for risk classification to your AI Use Cases (e.g. from your company) to better understand the legal requirements that might apply.
