It is organized in cooperation with the German Embassy (Auswärtiges Amt) Pretoria, the Johannesburg Chamber of Commerce (AHK), the DAAD
Johannesburg and the Language Course Department of the Goethe-Institut Johannesburg.
The German Embassy will provide information on changes in the Skilled Immigration Act for qualified professionals, the new online platform of the
visa office and frequently asked questions will be answered on site (1:15-2:15 PM).
The Pre-Integration team introduces, its services and free project offers to its target audience (2:15-2.45PM).
The AHK Training Centre explains the opportunity for school leavers that is popular in Germany – the apprenticeship or dual vocational training (3.00-
4:00PM).
The DAAD provides information about study opportunities and the necessary requirements (4:00-5:00PM).
The Language Department of the Goethe-Institut is available for information about the different levels of language courses and will be happy to answer
your questions about dates, fees and course formats.
