TECHNO WORLDS in Sri Lanka

13 – 28 September 2024

The works presented at Rio Hotel & Cinema Complex are inspired by themes such as the history and sound of techno music, communities and network, techno and design and underground rave culture. An additional section on the event series Pettah Interchange 2012–2016 reminds of the club culture event series conducted in Colombo by the Goethe-Institut. The exhibition is accompanied by a programme of film screenings, conversations and performances.
