Conditions of Funding
Emerging talents in culture and the arts working at the intersection between the arts, environmental change and the climate crisis.
This one-year interdisciplinary mentorship programme provides an opportunity for twelve selected professionals in culture and the arts to explore critical artistic practices together with four mentors. The object is to start up an international network of creative artists working at the intersection between the arts and environmental protection.
All participants will receive a grant of €10,000 to design an artistic work as described in their application.

The artistic work should be
- Innovative and of current relevance
- Transformative
- Context-specific
- Inclusive
- Impactful
- Completed application exclusively via the Prince Claus Awards Platform
- Exposition of the motivation behind and presentation of your environment-related project (video, audio or text, max. five minutes or two pages)
- Letter of reference
- Portfolio and CV
- Additional material, if any, showing your artistic work
