The Culture and Creative Industries (CCI) Contact Desk was established as part of the Interreg project Creative Ports, which ran from 2019 to 2022. The aim of the project was to promote the internationalization and collaborative value creation of the cultural and creative industries in the Baltic Sea region.
The Contact Desk is a guide to international contacts in the cultural and creative industries in the Baltic Sea region. It also provides regional players in this sector with access to the necessary tools and knowledge for the successful internationalization of their projects. In addition, the Contact Desk aims to maintain and expand existing cooperation resulting from Creative Ports and to initiate and implement new CCI projects in the Baltic Sea region. The CCI Contact Desk brings together relevant players such as public administrations, city councils, economic development organizations and national cultural institutes.
The Goethe-Institut Estonia is in charge of this in cooperation with the cultural network ARS BALTICA.
