In a spectacular trial, the two lawyers Larissa Meybach and Wiebke Kastager are fighting for the future of 31 countries in the Global South and the right of nature to remain intact.

About the Film Program NAAS: Green Reel:

The film program NAAS, a collaboration of several cultural institutions in the UAE: the Goethe-Institut Gulf Region, the Embassy of France in the United Arab Emirates, the Embassy of Canada to the United Arab Emirates, the Italian Cultural Institute of Abu Dhabi, the Embassy of Switzerland to the United Arab Emirates and the Kingdom of Bahrain and in partnership with Alliance Française Dubai, features independent films that explore relevant social and cultural topics. The first edition "Green Reel: Films for a Sustainable Future" focuses on the themes of environment and sustainability. It presents multi-genre films that tackle the burning issues of our planet in entertaining and exciting ways. NAAS: “Green Reel” runs from September 10, 2024 to November 26 at Alliance Française Dubai.
