About the filmmakers
The director of the videos, Carlos da Silva Pinto, is a Brazilian screenwriter and filmmaker. He has already worked with the Goethe-Institut Angola for the projects Corona Chronicles and Sustainable Together. He lives and works in Berlin.
Roberto Manhães Reis, responsible for the technical direction and camera work, is a documentary filmmaker and cameraman. Together with Viola Scheurer he runs the label VIROfilm. Their latest film, "Gilda Brasileiro - Contra o esquecimento" (2018) has already been shown in Luanda by the Goethe-Institut Angola.
