Bootcamp Revisited: Reflecting on the Pilot Experience

Following the conclusion of our first pilot bootcamp, Be2aty partners gathered for a special reflection meeting at Goethe-Institut's office in Dokki on March 21, 2024. This session served as a platform for partners to openly discuss the bootcamp's successes and areas for future improvement. Topics like engaging participants, coordinating internally, enhancing visibility, managing logistics, and fostering partner collaboration were on the table, and the flow ensured that all feedback was heard and considered.

But the story cannot stop there! Another equally important perspective is on the horizon - that of the pilot bootcamp participants themselves. A follow-up meeting was held on April 21, 2024, to hear directly from them about their experiences. By listening to the perspectives of both partners and participants, we aim to create a dynamic and an inclusive way forward for a bootcamp program that is not only successful but also makes a real impact.
