Be2aty Partners Retreat

The Be2aty partners retreat, held from 6 to 8 June at Dayra Camp in Ain Elsokhna, was a dynamic blend of collaboration, strategic planning, and exciting updates for the remainder of 2024!
 

At our recent gathering, all project partners came together for the first time as one complete team. Making use of this wonderful and rare occasion, we all delved deep into the unique style of collaboration and team dynamics witnessed within the Be2aty consortium, and we also jointly planned our activities and timelines for the remainder of 2024. A highlight of the retreat was the session where partners took turns presenting their planned activities: each partner showcased their plans in detail, highlighting objectives, timelines, and potential challenges. This not only fostered transparency but also allowed partners to refine their strategies based on collective insights.

Afterward, a reflection session provided an opportunity to address challenges and concerns that arose during the presentations. This enabled the development of creative solutions and contributed to strengthening the bond and collaboration among partners.

Looking ahead, Be2aty has an exciting lineup of activities in the pipeline. Spoiler Alert: our environmental bootcamps will soon resume in Kafr Hamza, Dahshur, and SEKEM! In parallel to the bootcamps, we will also arrange enriching field trips to different locations for our project participants. These trips are designed to inspire ideas for environmental projects that will be developed and supported with the guidance of mentors. Finally, the year will conclude with an exhibition in December, where we will display the results of our combined efforts and initiatives.
