Besides the mentoring programme, the Cultural Networks Yemen comprises a course wherein project participants receive further training in the area of cultural management. The development and training programme consists of two parts, both of which are delivered online. Renown instructors from the region and Germany impart their knowledge to the Yemeni project participants in areas of project management, budget allocation, financial management, communication and networking, risk management and drafting project applications. Additional training opportunities in web design and social media skills supplement the qualification programme.
