Discover our event spaces in the Wellington CBD perfect for your event. Whether you are planning a concert, a reading, a conference, workshop or corporate event, our venue offers enough space for your guests and can be flexibly adapted to your needs.

Foyer

Our light-flooded foyer is available on weekdays (subject to availability) after 6pm. This beautiful modern space houses 50 people comfortaby and allows great flexibility to accommodate intimite concerts, talks and conferences. The foyer is hired as a managed/serviced venue. We provide the space, and a venue manager who will set up the foyer for you and pack it down afterwards. 
Please note, that weekend hire is only possible after prior agreeement and an additional fee applies.

NOT INCLUDED

  • Piano tuning: If you need a tuned piano for your event, we are happy to organise the piano tuning service for you. However, the costs are not included in the venue hire.

Classrooms

Available weekdays (subject to availability) until 5pm, our classrooms featuring wooden floors and modern furniture are the perfect space for workshops. Evening hire is possible depending on the day of hire. Weekend hire is only possible after prior agreement and an additional fee applies. 
The classrooms are hired as a managed/serviced venue. We provide the space, and a venue manager who will set up your room for you and pack it down afterwards.

General Information

Catering

  • You can arrange your own catering. You or the caterer need to provide service staff to serve food and pack down. Please note: The fridge in the kitchenette can be used for the cooling of refreshments (limited capacity!) but there is no possibility to heat up food.
  • Glasses & Tableware: We only have a limited number of glasses, cups and tableware, that are only available for very small events with up to 10 people with light snacks. Please discuss the details with us.

RUBBISH

  • You must remove all event rubbish.

Parking

  • Streetparking only.
