Snare for Birds: Passages Through the Colonial Archive

Snare for Birds: Passages Through the Colonial Archive will have an informative discussion, preview and a walk-thru with the artists from 1:00 to 4:00 PM on Saturday, August 5, 2023 at Ang Panublion Museum, Roxas City, Capiz. The formal opening and launch of the series will commence at 4:30 PM on the same date. Exhibition will be open for viewing to the public until August 26 with the schedule below:

Opening hours: Monday to Sunday, 8am-5pm
With the support of Goethe Institut Manila and Rosa Luxemburg Stiftung, the project will also engage with the Alfredo F. Tadiar Library (San Fernando, La Union) and Ateneo Art Gallery (Quezon City, Metro Manila) in succeeding iterations. Laying out in three spaces allows for wider reach and hopefully deeper understanding of the research at hand.
