Starting March 2024, digital certificates will be issued to those who took the exams and we will no longer provide printed certificates. The German Embassy is aware of this and will accept your digital certificate. The authenticity of the certificate can be confirmed through www.goethe.de/verify.
Our exam certificates do not have an expiry or validity date. However, we suggest that you directly contact the Embassy if you plan to use it for visa purposes, as they usually require the certificate to be no older than one year.
