Web3Expressão is a biweekly educational program for artists and curious individuals who want to learn about digital tools and prepare for the new digital age. Accessible and innovative workshops are offered, bridging the gap between art, new technologies, and Web3, and fostering a community of informed and empowered creatives. The program covers all essential topics necessary for artists to navigate the digital creative space more effectively, such as blockchain, augmented reality, and artificial intelligence.

The event on 04.09 is part of the Web3 series and focuses on the use of AI in the creative process. Four experts with extensive experience in AI, art, journalism, and design will discuss ethical challenges related to intellectual property, ownership and authorship issues of AI-generated content, and the ethical and political complexities associated with datasets used to train AI models. How is AI being used in our society today and what potential does it hold for the future of the art world?

Tabea Führer is a Portugal-based cultural producer, consultant, and technical integrator. She has been working in the cultural sector for 15 years and has extensive experience in project management, production, and curation. Over the past four years, she has specialized in integrating new technologies into cultural institutions and artistic practices. Her entry into the world of Web3 has equipped her not only with extensive experience in teaching this subject but also in applying it in real-world practice.
