The Goethe-Institut Singapore resided in a historic landmark building just a five-minute stroll from Outram Park MRT Station. ​The interior of the building reflects German product and communication design in harmony with the historic building fabric.

The main entrance on 136 Neil Road leads to the language, administration and arts departments on floors 3 and 4 as well as to the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD).

Visitors find the reception on floor 3, students proceed to classrooms for German language courses on floor 2.

 A New Space for the Arts

The Goethe-Institut Singapore welcomes members of the arts community and the public to its new project space 136 GOETHE, with a separate entrance on Bukit Pasoh Road.
