Training Program

The training program consists of several training modules designed to ensure the sustainability and effectiveness of the projects. These include developing and refining the value proposition and project objectives, basic financial management skills, promoting an entrepreneurial mindset in the cultural sector, and creating positive customer experiences and a compelling brand story. In addition, skills in presentation, crisis communication and building sustainable business models were taught. The program ended with a closing event on the 22nd of October at the Archivart Gallery in Tunis, Tunisia. The event was attended by 27 participants, consisting of both project members and stakeholders from the partner organisations.
