EU4Culture was an EU-funded project dedicated to fostering the cultural and creative sectors in the Eastern Partnership countries. With a strong focus on non-capital cities, the project empowered local cultural ecosystems, driving social and economic development across the region throughout 2021-2024.

Implementation of the Cultural Development Strategies

As a result of the grant call to support the preparation and implementation of Cultural Development Strategies”, the project has selected three cities in Ukraine to implement their initiatives.
