The aim of the series of workshops organized by the Center for Sustainable Development (CSDS) is to show scientific knowledge, to convey its application in everyday life, and to combine technology and science with science films through interactive and educational workshops.

Topic of the 2021 event series focus on “Better health through better understanding”.

The workshop series is aimed in particular at Generation Z and wants to arouse their interest in the natural sciences, inspire them to adopt a healthy and ecological lifestyle and promote their critical thinking through interactive workshops and science films by the Goethe Institute. The workshop series focus on 3 main topics following:

• Microplastics and human health
• Illnesses and healthy eating
• CO2 emissions and sustainable living in harmony with nature

The workshops create space for exchange and discussion. The participants get to know the importance of basic research for their daily life. With a minimum of three workshops, participants are qualified to take part in the online competition “GenZ & Eco lifestyle” in December, 2021. Who can join?

• High school students, 16 to 18 years old, living in Vietnam
• max 50 participants per workshop
