Retsang Morake
Retsang Morake known as Rezz was born in Bloemfontein and moved in Bisho at the early age, where Mzuvukile Mbanga introduced him to artistic skills. His pursuit of artistic knowledge led him to complete a national diploma in fine arts at Walter Sisulu University in 2017. During his first year he was a part time studio assistance at Art Versatile art gallery for five months. He has been doing mural paintings for government and business corporations. In 2018 he participated in Bic art pen competitions and he ended up in top ten.
Later that year he was awarded with outstanding achiever certificate of art theory. Retsang was also interviewed on Tru Fm and Fort hare community radio station also appeared on I’solezwe and Daily Dispatch newspaper, other features includes Bisho high and Walter Sisulu University career explore.
Now he is currently working as a customizing artist for Bathu Sneakers.
