Thiyane Duda is a researcher at the Land and Accountability Research Centre (LARC) in the Department of Public Law at the University of Cape Town. His research focus is traditional governance and living customary law. Thiyane is also a reader of isiXhosa literature and founder of Indyebo kaNtu live indigenous music and literature event.
