Patrice Mballa Asse, born in Ebolowa in the south of Cameroon in 1990, is an author with a degree in fine arts and art history. He discovered his talent and passion for drawing at a very early age. After a childhood spent with his grandmother in the village, the aspiring artist continued his studies in Ebolowa and, after graduating from high school, decided to enroll in the Faculty of Arts and Letters at the University of Yaoundé I. In 2016, he published his first comic book, "ZOG ET MOB," with Editions Akoma Mba.

Toko 1er Jean Maldini has had a passion for drawing since childhood, which he has developed over the years as a self-taught artist. Also passionate about engineering, marketing and writing, today, in order to intervene in the context of the comic book industry, he founded a startup called LEGEND Arts. In its 3 years of existence, the startup has 7 active members involved in the production of content and marketing of the flagship titles 'Mulema', 'Legend Mag' and 'Le mouchoir de SAMBA'. All this allows him to continue to spread the local universe through comics, which he considers an important part of education, transmission of values and African industrialisation.
