Culture | Smart City is a project by EUNIC Cluster Singapore. Founded in November 2019, the cluster brings together European and Singaporean partners to foster language learning as a key tool for mutual understanding, educational excellence and economic success.
 
EUNIC Cluster Singapore improves creativity and innovation through arts and culture, organises and supports cultural events, supports educational training, scholarships and residencies, and provides a gateway to Europe through information services. A key objective is to build long-term relationships and international networks in Singapore and abroad.

EUNIC – European Union National Institutes for Culture – is Europe’s network of national cultural institutes and organisations, with 36 members from all EU Member States. 
 
EUNIC advocates a prominent role of culture in international relations and is a strategic partner of the EU, actively involved in the further definition of European cultural policy. EUNIC is a platform for knowledge sharing and for capacity building amongst its members and partners.
