2. Your rights regarding our data processing activities

When you use our app, you will upload it to your end device via an appstore, such as APPLE's appstore or GOOGLE's playstore. You have therefore visited and used or will use the respective appstore. 5. Note on data transfer to the USA
Among other things, services from companies based in the USA are also integrated on our app. Where possible, we will set all services in a manner that processing of your data only takes place within the European Union. Nevertheless, when these services are active, we cannot completely rule out the possibility that your personal data may be passed on to the US servers of the respective service providers in their network. We would like to point out that the USA is not a safe third country in the sense of European data protection law. US companies may be obliged to hand over personal data to security authorities without you as the data subject being able to take legal action against this. It can therefore not be ruled out that US authorities (e.g. intelligence services) process, evaluate and permanently store your data located on US servers for monitoring purposes. In the app, you can provide information about yourself, in particular your name/nickname. Furthermore, you can make personal settings in the app. The input of this data is solely for the personalization of your learning experience.
