Verena Hütter works for the Goethe-Institut at its main office in Munich after a years-long stint in Washington, DC. She studied fine arts in Karlsruhe, Germany, and Bourges, France. When driving through France, she tunes into the FM radio station Nostalgie. Her favourite station overall is the Washington, DC-based WPFW. When it comes to Franz Kafka, she enjoys reading his letters and diaries.
