She is head of the Outpatient Department of the Psychiatric Institute, as well as the specialist Outpatient Department for Viennese migrants. Dr. Ta was born in Vietnam in 1982 and graduated in medicine at Hanoi Medical University. She came to Berlin in 2006, where she completed her residency in psychiatry and psychotherapy.
