Goethe-Institut

As a cultural institution of the Federal Republic of Germany, we advocate for understanding between Germany, Europe and the world. With 151 Goethe-Instituts in 98 countries – and together with our numerous partners – we promote intercultural exchange, democratic discourse and German-language education.

In PERSPECTIVES, we are the lead partner responsible for the overall coordination of the partnership, facilitating cross-border cooperation between 7 newsrooms and 6 Goethe-Instituts in Central and Eastern Europe. Together we produce high-quality, multi-voiced journalistic content, particularly for young audiences in Europe.
