KAPITÁL is an online critical portal established in 2017 in Bratislava (Slovakia). We bring you daily comments, columns, reports, essays and interviews about political, social and cultural phenomena that interest or concern us. We are a space for critical thought, for opinions and people who often do not get it in the mainstream media. We are not afraid to be uncomfortable, because our job is to reevaluate society. We originally started as a print monthly, now Kapitál is also a publishing house, we do also podcasts and events all over the country. We are an independent medium that operates thanks to the support of our readers. We are not and will not be funded by any oligarch or political party.
