Dr. Raoudha Gafreg is an international expert in integrated management of water resources and climate change adaptation, and an accredited trainer in these domains. She worked for 17 years as a university lecturer and researcher in Tunis El Manar University. She participated in developing several national and regional strategies in the domain of water and environmental economics and adaptation of agriculture and eco systems to change climate and national sustainable development strategy, etc. She also participated in developing several reginal strategies and works on water resources management or climate change adaptation in cooperation with various technical and financial partners: The International Bank, Islamic Development Bank, The African Development Bank, International Alert, WWF-NA, GIZ, etc.
