Did Darwin Get it Wrong?

University and General Public

When Darwin introduced his groundbreaking theory, he permitted prevailing societal norms of the Victorian era to shape his understanding of nature, specifically undervaluing the role of females in sexual selection. This narrative explores the lengthy journey science undertook, spanning 150 years, to correct this oversight and achieve a more balanced perspective. The skepticism surrounding AI in the filmmaking community is notable; however, this film aims to demonstrate the potential of AI to engage with complex and traditionally dry subjects in a manner that is both entertaining and accessible. By employing AI in this way, the film seeks to illuminate and enliven discussions on topics that might otherwise be overlooked due to their perceived complexity or lack of appeal
